Pretty cool! I do low carb and am tired of morning drive throughs to get "bacon/sausage egg and cheese without the biscuit/muffin" at the tune of $2.50 - $4.00 per visit. So I bought it to make them fresh at home. I break a couple eggs in a bowl - whipped it up and used two of the cups. Now I make a two egg with sausage or bacon and cheese "egg" sandwich. I love it. I use a steam lid from one of my pots so I don't mess with the flipping - many times I make four eggs and refrigerate two of them to reheat as I want. Makes me happy!

At first, I thought that this was just another non-working gimmick for egg frying. It was difficult to turn over the eggs without breaking the yolk and it took awhile to establish the proper temperature of the pan. After 5 tries, I'm zeroing in on making perfect "over easy" eggs. I can't give you my formula yet as I'm still experimenting. But, once I have it down pat, I'll come back and add to this review. One important item is that you are going to have to have the right spatula (fairly small) to turn the eggs properly. In the mean-time, I give the pan 4 stars as I can see nice over easy eggs in my future. I've pretty much perfected my methodology for "over easy" and found my mistake was leaving the eggs on too long after flipping them over. By now, I have used the pan over ten times and I would like to mention that it sits flat on the stove. Accordingly, I have changed my rating to five stars.

I waited to leave a review being i wanted to use it a few times first. I have used it 6 times now. I really like it. It seems a little hard at first to flip your eggs. I purchased a 6.90 mini spatula 8 inches long by 1.25 with i believe silicone. Was perfect for flipping . Just get it under and do a quick flip. I use a tiny tiny bit of bacon grease in each egg spot. I have never had them stick. The pan washes very nicely . I wash it by hand . In the pic above i chose to break the yolks this time . But have made them without breaking the yolk and they came out great. If you like eggs try a little cumin on them. I am very happy with this pan. Works fast and well with my cinnamon toast. For the price of the pan it has been well worth it. If you can’t flip an egg , well then i suggest you go to Mc Donalds .. lol

I like it. It's a little tricky to get a narrow spatula under the egg to flip it, but it can be done. I rub it with oil, heat on low, and use a lid from another pan. I don't use larger than a large egg, and I'd prefer a medium egg but my local grocer doesn't bother carrying medium eggs. The eggs are the perfect size for a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin. I also have silicone rings I use in a flat regular on sometimes but they are too big. I like this better. If you can be gentle with it, both in use and washing, and if you use a lid, you can get perfect eggs from it. I only docked one star because a T-fal pan this price would be heavier.

This pan made cooking 4 eggs at one time a breeze! The pan is deep enough cook a large to extra large egg with no spills! All you need is some cooking spray and it will wipe clean. You do need to use it on medium to low heat since it holds heat very well. I have a gas stove and there have been no issues. Mini pancakes turn out great even when adding blueberries. Nothing has stuck! So happy with this purchase.
