I purchased 2, they do work just have to play around with bait. I am using canned dog food and it works great. one is silent and the other makes a little motor noise (not bad just not silent) but, I purchased to use one in the garage so that's where I'll put the noisy one.

Opinion a little mixed, I do not catch much, I tried different bait yet... Too bad the device can not work on battery or with a USB battery, it defaults the USB battery... Be careful not to drop it, the plastic is very brittle.

Caught one fly in a week, but works. Cannot use flat top 18650 cells. 18650 cell works for 2-3 days. The ribs tend to grind and bind on each other as the disc rotates, some oil helps.

Look. Dont believe that top pic, but, It works. It has a few flaws.
The good:
1)*Amazon delivered in a day, almost 2 weeks earlier than expected. Pretty amazing there. It's super quiet and fun to watch in a sadistic sense. Better than a sticky trap or any other stink bait trap, but for reasons of asthetics and clealiness.
2) I would like to see the bait resoviors made deeper. If you use honey even in small amounts, as in the directions, it will eventually glue the sweeper to the top and break the plastic sweep key-mount at the motor as it did on mine. Deeper resovior would allow for the sweep to pass uninhibited while the insect feeds...to their doom.
2) perhaps the sweeper could actually be a hair type brush rather than the plastic spines. Many of the samller fruit fly types simply walk right back out past the spines after feeding. I want them all dead.
Overview: Don't believe the top review pic. He/she put dead-swatted flys on the top and that's just not how this works. It will get them, but I've time. If you leave it by your food/garbage inside, they will eventually get caught, and you didn't have to do any of the work. Good product. Could use some adjustments.

This thing is great. I've had it running non-stop on my back porch for two days, and it has killed probably close to 500 flies. It's a little small, but dead silent.

a very nice way to eliminate pesky flies on your home :) eco-friendly, very safe to use and non toxic. and the important is the product itself is wireless and you can also use powerbank to power the flytrap but before doing it you must remove the product if you want to plug it or use your powerbank.

This device is great because it traps flies without killing them. It was quite successful in our house using a mix of water and agave nectar. Unfortunately, one of our kids stopped the top plate from moving by hand, and the point of contact for the top plate snapped. We will try to glue it, and if it doesn't work, we'll buy another whole device. It would be great if the top plate alone could be replaced.
